These terms apply to appointments booked and payments made on colorcutextensions.education, operated by Color Cut Extensions Education LLC (“we”, “us”). By booking an appointment or making a payment on this website, you agree to these terms.

Booking an appointment

A booking request sent through the website is not yet a confirmed appointment. Bozhena will call or text you to confirm the date and time. Services are provided at 7162 W Grand Ave, Unit 2E, Chicago, IL 60707, by appointment.

Prices

Prices on the services page are starting prices. The final price depends on hair length and density and is confirmed at your consultation before the service begins.

Deposits

  • A deposit secures your appointment time: $50 for color services, $25 for cuts and treatments.
  • The deposit is applied toward the price of your service. The remaining balance is paid at the salon.
  • The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made later are not refunded.
  • If we cannot confirm the time you requested, the deposit is refunded in full.

Payments are processed securely by WooCommerce payment services. We do not store card numbers.

Online courses

Access to an online continuing education course starts after payment. A certificate is issued after you complete all lessons and pass the final examination. For questions about a course purchase, contact us using the details below.
